We need YOU! We need parents to volunteer as chaperones for the classes of younger & mid-age dancers & volunteers to help backstage (ushers, makeup station, etc). Please click on the images below to be directed to the sign-up genius pages. All chaperones & volunteers will need to arrive at the time noted in the signup genius (typically a touch earlier than your dancer may be expected). You may sign up for more than one shift as long as the times do not overlap (ie, chaperone and usher on the same day/show). Details and further information will be emailed by the committee leads closer to the recital dates. ​

CHAPERONES: We need YOU! We need parents to volunteer as chaperones for the classes of Ruby, Sapphire, & select Diamond dances. Chaperones are needed for both the dress rehearsals and recitals in order to have a successful and safe production. All chaperones do NOT need a ticket and will still be able to see the show AND their dancer perform. During the recitals, chaperones will get an exclusive view of their dancer from the side stage wings. We will provide you with all necessary information ahead of time.
Change from recital 2023: Since we have reorganized the recital format, classes will be sitting up in the mezzanine to watch the full show! We will have some wiggle zones available backstage if your group is getting restless before or after they perform, but with a shorter show we are hopeful that your group will be able to see 80% of the show or more live from the auditorium. 
All chaperones who sign up & show up will be entered to win a $200 VDS gift certificate to use for summer or 25-26 classes!

VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers are needed to help with our backstage makeup touch-up station, parents council fundraiser sales in the lobby, ticket scanners, dancer check-in table, etc. All volunteers will still get to watch their child perform on stage. Registered volunteers helping on recital dates (Saturday & Sunday) do NOT need a recital ticket and will have a volunteer seating area.
