Payment Options
Pay in Full: Get 10% off by entering code DANCE10 in Promotions through June 1st if paying in full.
Monthly: ONLY available for 2025-2026 season. (This is not an option for summer classes or camps.) Monthly tuition will be divided by nine months, no matter the length of each month. All monthly payments will be taken on the 10th of the month. The first payment (which covers the final month of May) will be taken on August 10th before classes start in September, or the same week you complete registration if after August 10th. No payment is necessary at this time. We will update your account manually to reflect the monthly charge. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to update your account portal information.
Withdrawal Policy
One month notice from the first of the month is required to discontinue any class. To withdraw, please email us at [email protected]. No refund is available for the last month payment (May) or if you choose to pay for the entire year upfront.
Trial Classes
1 free trial class is welcome for any student. After the free class has been completed, an additional trial class (of a different class, day, or time) is available for $10. All trial classes must fill out a trial class form 3 days prior to the trial class of interest. Attending a trial class does not guarantee spot in that class.

- Pay via credit/debit card through the Studio Director portal. A 4% processing fee from Stripe will be added to the payment amount shown on your tuition.
- Pay via check to avoid the 4% processing fee. Checks can be dropped off at the front desk or mailed to 6290 Central Blvd. Whitestown, IN 46075. All checks must be received within 10 days of registration.

- Important Note: When checking out of the Studio Director, If you have a 25-26 Payment amount listed above $0 on the final step of check out please go BACK to step one "Review Cart" and change that amount to $0. Then follow through all steps to select the monthly payment choice and confirm registration. You must submit billing information so we can charge you on the 10th of the month, but no amount is due at this time. We are no longer using the ACH withdrawal from your checking account that we have used previous seasons.
