Tech notes for Showcase year are a skimmed down version, but still need some direction. Since there is NO on-stage rehearsal, I really need to know what side they come from, where they start/finish their dance, etc.  The dance group, dance #, & title should match the info in the showcase spreadsheet here. All scenery/props that starts on stage needed for Showcase needs to be brought on by the assistant (if they are performing with the class) or by a responsible dancer. You must practice this regularly once you have the items. All handheld props will be laid out and labeled backstage for your class to pick up before they go on stage. 
 
NOTE: When answering these questions... assume you end up sick the week of the showcase. Will I be able to decipher where your kids enter the stage, what order they are in, what your vision is, etc. etc. thanks!
