New Registration System

We have been using The Studio Director for more than 10 years, but are now integrating with its online registration platform. This will allow you to see class descriptions, available slots left in each class/camp, and much more. Once you create your account this will also allow you to enter absences on your own, update your contact info, check your account balance, and more. We are excited for this change and know it will streamline our business, however, we're aware that there will be a few growing pains along the way. Please take a moment to see the notes below BEFORE you begin registration. If you need any help please follow the step by step guide we have created. 

Important items to note before you start:

• To begin the registration process, click the link below. 
  • RETURNING FAMILIES!! Enter the email address you have used for previous registrations with Village Dance Studio. (the one that receives the monthly emails)
    ​Click “Forgot Your Password.” This step is very important! You will then be prompted to create a new password which lets you set up your portal account.
• In order to complete your registration & confirm your spot you must CHECKOUT by selecting a payment method of either credit card or check.

PAYING MONTHLY: If wanting to pay monthly, please change your balance owed to $0.00 on Step 1 "Review Cart" of the Checkout process. Then follow the prompts to select the monthly option. A payment method must be entered for the monthly payments. 

Checks must be received within 10 days of completing registration to keep your spot. Any balance questions please contact [email protected]
