Upon arrival into Zionsville HS, dancers & parents will follow directional signs to the check-in/drop off table where our volunteers will help check in each dancer and escort them back to their chaperone. All dancers will meet with their class chaperone backstage. We ask parents not to go past this point so that we can keep the congestion and traffic backstage at a minimum. Young classes that are in the first half of the show (before intermission) will stay with their chaperone in the old auditorium where they can enjoy a snack, color, and watch the show live streamed. After intermission, all of these dancers will stay with their chaperone and head upstairs to the back rows of the auditorium to watch the second half of the show with their class. Young classes that perform after intermission will move to the back rows of the auditorium with their class chaperone to watch the first half of the show and then will go backstage to the old auditorium to color, eat snack, etc. before they perform on stage. This allows our little ones to have a chance to watch some of the show, but also not have them sitting the entire time. They will always be with the class chaperones. After the finale of the show, dancers in 3rd grade and under will wait backstage until one parent (please only send one adult backstage) comes to pick them up. Dancers in more than one dance will have a space to change backstage. Please have your dancer wearing a skin-toned leotard so they can easily change costumes. Please see the call times for each dance below. If a dancer is in more than one dance, they should arrive at the earliest call time list for their dance. All dancers are in the finale and must stay to the end of the show. |
