Recital tech notes are an essential part of the full recital production. With 91 dances coming on stage in a single weekend, this is the only way I can know and help execute exactly what you want. Tech notes will be compiled and put into a tech binder with all dance information. This information will also be used to double check details when creating the program & slides such as dance name, choreographer, classes, etc.

Please note the scenery diagram provided to see exactly what will already be on stage for each section of the show. This will be located as far upstage as possible. The items pictured are NOT moveable and will be on the stage for that entire section or the full show (proscenium only).

NOTE: When answering these questions... assume you end up sick the week of the rehearsals and recital. Will I be able to decipher where your kids enter the stage, what order they are in, when your lights change color, what your vision is, etc.
