VDS Trip to NYC Itinerary:

Thursday, July 25th - TRAVEL DAY

• 2pm - Group 1 travelers arrive to IND airport 
  • flight departs at 4:09pm (American Airlines 4396)
  • arrives JFK 6:28pm
  • private transfer to hotel
• 4pm - Group 2 travelers arrive to IND airport
  • flight departs at 6:19pm (American Airlines 4575)
  • arrives LGA 8:20pm
  • private transfer to hotel
• Group 1: Evening-stroll around Bryant Park (group 2 will do this on Sunday)
• 9:30pm - Full Group Meeting at hotel (Springhill Suites New York Midtown Manhattan/Fifth Avenue- 25 West 37th Street, New York)
• Note: Dinner is on your own (with chaperone/group) this day

Friday, July 26th

• Optional: Today Show Visit
• Breakfast at hotel (included)
• 10am - Radio City Music Hall tour
• "Afternoon Option Groups" (Lunch on your own w/ chaperone/group)
  • Central Park
  • Times Square & Theater District (tourist "shopping")
  • Little Italy
• 4:30pm - All return back to hotel
• 5:30pm - Dinner at Stella Trattoria (included)
• 8:00pm - Broadway show "& Juliet" at Stephen Sondheim Theater
• 10:30pm - post show for dessert, Times Square, or back to hotel (staying with chaperone)

Saturday, July 27th 

• 8am - Breakfast at hotel (included)
• 9:30-11am - Ballet class at Joffrey Ballet School (dancers & staff)
  • Mom outing TBD (chaperones - being planned by Christina & Megan)
• Box Lunch at hotel & change clothes
• 2:00pm - Dance Show: Pilobolus RE:CREATION at the Joyce Theater
• Evening - Explore High Line, Pier 57, Chelsea Market area (Dinner on your own w/ chaperone/group)
• Times Square outing

Sunday, July 28th 

• Breakfast at hotel & convo with Peggy Lyman
• Casual & relaxed morning
• 12pm - check out of hotel (group 2 hold bags at front desk)

• Group 1:
  • 12:30pm - private transfer to JFK airport
  • flight departs at 3:39pm (American Airlines 4449)
  • arrives IND 6:28pm
• Group 2:
  • Afternoon stroll around Bryant Park (group 1 did this on Thursday)
  • Lunch on your own (with chaperone/group)
  • 3:30pm - private transfer to LGA 
  • flight departs at 6:29pm (American Airlines 4476)
  • arrives IND 8:48pm

Note: Meals NOT included in the group fee include:

• Thursday dinner

• Saturday dinner
• Sunday lunch
