Village Dance Studio (VDS) is a family owned business that has been a part of the Zionsville & Whitestown community since 1977.  In April 2018 we were informed that our current space received a grant to upgrade their facilities, which meant that we needed to find a new space. With a strong year behind us we knew it was time to expand into 3 studios and have been spending every moment since April preparing for this transition. While the entire process has been a tight turn around with every project expedited, we plan to open up by the end of September. Our biggest hurdle now is that final funding piece to allow our dancers to have this beautiful facility. Any donation or sponsorship is greatly appreciated and allows us to continue offering dance education for years to come!

Why are sponsors needed? Besides the exorbitant cost of general construction, new items and necessities for this space are needed. Here is a quick breakdown of basic costs for these items:
 
For $250

• 3-4 lobby chairs
• 1 blue tumbling mat
• Baby changing table
• 3 folding tables
• Hallway benches

 
For $500

• 1 set of 5 lockers (buying 3 sets)
• Large external signage
• Taking down & moving mirrors
• New Office phone
• Cubbies

 
For $1000

• Construction Permits
• Closed circuit TV
• Reception desk
• Security System
• Viewing windows
• Sound systems for each room 

Lobby Sponsors (available to businesses only)
Dance Supporter ($500+)

• Company logo on display wall in lobby (12 x 12 brick) throughout entire year and inside studio B (middle sized studio)
• Company logo & link to webpage on our home page of website & info in that month’s Footnotes (monthly newsletter), as feature business of the month (first come, first serve on month chosen).
• Opportunity to have an info/promo table at our annual fundraiser (late Jan/early Feb)

Community Arts Leader ($1000+)

• All items listed above for Dance Supporter (plus name in Studio C) and the following:
• Social media tag/mention 3x throughout the year
• (If applicable) Parent meeting or team building outing to your establishment
• Paragraph (of your choosing) to be added to our monthly footnotes about your business.
• Included as gold level recital sponsor ($500 value) for FREE!
  • Logo on recital shirts given out to every dancer
  • Full-page advertisement in program, social media mentions, and more!
