Dance Fitness (Tuesdays 8:00-8:45pm)
Lead by Katherine Benson, this evening class keeps the heart rate pumping and body moving for 45 continuous minutes. Basic dance steps are taught and participants will catch on quickly to the routines and style. The fun, easy, follow-along dance moves will leave you sweating and smiling!
Tap Fitness (Wednesdays 8:15-9:00pm)
Tap Fitness, lead by Marissa Castillo, combines a fast paced fitness workout in tap shoes. The sounds of the taps give you instant gratification as you move your way through fast-paced, follow-along combinations. Bring a friend, borrow some tap shoes, and come give it a try!
Ballet & Stretch (Thursdays 9:30-10:30am)
This class is geared for all levels of dance. The class is modified each week based on who participates and can accommodate all skill levels. Taught by Annette Pettigrew, this class begins at the ballet barre, includes a healthy amount of stretching, and concludes with floor work and combinations across the floor. No matter if you took your last dance class 20 years, yesterday, or have never danced before, this is a great class to add to your week.
Cardio Dance (Fridays 9:30-10:30am)
This is a great new, follow along dance fitness class that is as much of a party as it is a workout. Heather Vergara pumps this class up will fun, easy to follow cardio dance moves and great music. If you are looking to get in shape, sweat before the weekend, and leave with a smile this class is made for you!
